Orecchiette, Goat meatballs, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Grape tomatoes. 

Sounds strange, goat meatballs huh? It’s not. Been wanting to make this recipe from Saveur. Combined two recipes. Results? Jury’s still out on that. The dog enjoyed the meatballs. I haven’t even tasted the damned dish yet because I needed to capture the right light at 11 am this morning. Dinner at 11 am?! you say. Yup, that’s how crazy neurotic I am about catching the right type of light.
